Daniel is an FHA and Luxury Home Certified Appraiser. We work directly with lenders, appraisal management companies, realtors, homeowners, and lawyers.
Traditional Lending Appraisals
We have completed over 7,257 appraisal for traditional lending purposes and have extensive experience in appraisal review.

Private Non-Lending Appraisals
We have experience with date of death, divorce, bankruptcy, and trust and estate settlement purpose appraisals. We can also help with pre-listing appraisals for difficult to price properties.
